IdeasTALENTO (Casa&Ideas, S.A.), based in Guatemala City, is responsible for the personal data it receives through this website.

• Application data: place of residence, salary expectation, CV and any information you choose to share.
• Minimal technical data for site security (for example, access logs).

Why we use it

• To manage your applications and introduce you to suitable vacancies.
• To answer your messages, meeting requests and reservations.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the site against abuse.

Who we share it with

Only with the client companies of a selection process when you authorize it, and with service providers (hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your authorizations, by writing to us through the contact channels published on the site.

Retention

We keep application data for as long as the selection processes require and for the period defined in the retention policy (pending confirmation by IdeasTALENTO).
