IdeasTALENTO may use artificial intelligence tools to organize your CV and estimate its fit with the vacancy. AI only assists: selection decisions are always made by a person on the team. If you do not authorize it, your application is reviewed without these tools.

If you authorize it, IdeasTALENTO may share your profile and CV with the client company of the vacancy and with other client companies when your profile fits their searches. Without this authorization, your information does not leave IdeasTALENTO.
